Romina

Romina (born 2000) has focused in recent years on her training in wood and stone sculpture, later specialising in Laas marble in South Tyrol. Alongside her craft and artistic practice, she works in art mediation, organising exhibitions and art projects that encourage dialogue between artists and audiences. Her approach centres on interactive engagement with art. She’s actively involved in Salzburg’s art scene and sits on the board of the ARTgenossen association.

Marcel

Marcel (born 1998) is a versatile personality who brings together a passion for food and music. Under his DJ name Mar:TK, he’s a familiar face in the drum & bass scene, bringing energy to stages across the region. Alongside his musical work, he’s active in gastronomy, working as a skilled pizza chef and combining craftsmanship with creativity. Marcel has a fine feel for atmosphere, both on the dancefloor and in the kitchen.

Wiktoria

Wiktoria (born 1997) is responsible for social media and promotion at ENORM, making sure our events get the attention they deserve. By day, she works as an interior designer, but her love for drum & bass keeps pulling her into the world of music and events. She’s currently taking her first steps as a DJ, bringing her creative energy not only into design, but onto the dancefloor too.

Alex

Alex (born 1997) has been a fixture in the local club scene for over a decade as a DJ and event organiser. Under his artist name Hornssmith, he plays regularly across Austria and in cities like Munich, Hamburg, Maribor and Prague. As a founding member of ENORM, he’s deeply committed to developing club culture in Salzburg. Within the collective, he’s responsible for curation and event promotion, drawing on years of experience and deep scene knowledge.

Ines

Ines (born 2000) trained as a garment technician and spent time in Berlin, where she gained insights into culture and club scenes and experience in designing and producing clubwear. For years, she has brought her organisational and design skills into the hospitality sector – currently working at the Jazzit bar and volunteering with the ENORM collective.

Dominik

Dominik (born 1991) has been volunteering in Salzburg’s arts and culture scene for over 15 years. In 2024, he completed a Master’s degree in Social Innovation with a thesis on Music in public space – a qualitative study on improving wellbeing in the City of Salzburg. After graduating, he founded the event agency VLUID and now works as a freelance organiser for projects with the University of Salzburg, Stadtwerk Lehen, the Museum der Moderne, Kulturschiene and others.

Andi

Andi (born 1997) has been organising events for over ten years – first in the Lungau region and, since 2020, also in Salzburg. Thanks to his professional background in event technology, event management and IT, he mainly takes care of planning, implementation and technical production for ENORM. With additional experience as a trained paramedic, he’s also on hand as a first responder at events.
